We usually process and ship your order in one to three days. Orders are shipped Priority US Mail to any US destination including post office boxes and military addresses. US Postal Service states the average delivery time of Priority Mail is 2 to 3 days.
What about bookstore or volume orders?
Bookstores and dealers can receive a 40% discount by ordering 5 or more copies. Contact us.
What if the printing is defective?
We will replace defective books. Contact us within ten (10) days and describe the problem.
